Is Healing guaranteed?

Diana deangelo asks: Hi, my question is are healings guaranteed in our day as the were in the Bible? And what are your thoughts on profit Dionny Baez? He prophesied to me that God had healed my arthritis, but i still have it. I believed him because of the miracles he did that night, like turning water into wine. The Pastor states that maybe I don't have enough faith, because the Bible states "by his stripes we are heald." Thanks for your time.
